Industrial Area delinked from 33KVa Ramnagar Line; Power Scenario Improved in Ramnagar: Pathania
Ramnagar: With a view to have first-hand overview of problems faced byÂ people of the area, Mr Ranbir Singh Pathania, MLA from RamnagarÂ Assembly Constituency visited Targain, Touri and Sunetar areas andÂ issued instructions to the concerned officers/officials of various
departments for on spotÂ redressal ofÂ their grievances in aÂ time-bound manner.
Attending largely attended gatherings at Brahman Sabha Ramnagar,Â Targain, Touri and Sunetar, Mr. Pathania informed that it was due toÂ his persistent and diehard efforts and a remarkable follow up by STDÂ wing of PDD Udhampur that we has been able to decongest and declutterÂ the 33 KVa Ramnagar line by way way of delinking the Industrial area
Battal Ballian from it and as an obvious result thereof improvement inÂ power scenario in and around Ramnagar has been observed. AnnouncingÂ that all the villages and households will be electrified under DDUGVYÂ and other centrally sponsored schemes and the present Govt at CentreÂ as well as State are committed towards ensuring ’24×7 Power to All’.
He informed that Ramnagar constituency will be witnessing aÂ â€˜face-liftâ€™ as civil works worth Rs 400.00 crores have been tenderedÂ in roads sector and are going to be started very soon.
While addressingÂ largely attended gathering at Ramnagar, Targain andÂ Sunetar, he announced new transformers for Sukha Talab, Gorha â€“Pattan,Â and Nimbla under IPDS and blacktop of Plassan to Pinger road, RamnagarÂ to Sulan road, Sulan to Kela road, Nakki to Omara road, Dhar road toÂ Alsoo road and many other roads. Amongst a thundering applause from
the students, he announced blacktop of Ramnagar to Degree collegeÂ road. He further announced construction of Boundary wall for MiddleÂ School Targain, blacktopping of Targain-Plassan road and 04 new handÂ pumps in Dehari/Targain. Instructions were also issued to PHE
department to link Targain with Dehari water supply scheme to ensureÂ availability of proper drinking water in Targain. At Sunetra/Touri heÂ asked the Rural DDvelopment department to prepare DPRs forÂ construction of Tractor-road from Dodhla to Kalag and further issued
instructions to PHE department for improving water supply in the area.Â Rajinder Sharma , Sham Lal (Mandal pradhans), Anant ram, Som thappa,Â Shounku, Jagmohan, Raj Kumar, Kishori Lal, (sarpanches), Neelam DeviÂ Swarnu, Manohar , Mulkh raj, Munshi Singh,Naresh Kumar, Mohan Singh,Â Kuldip Sharma, Kartar Chand, Bimla Devi, Khudabaksh, Virender Singh,
Raghuvir Sharma and various other local leaders accompanied him.
